Letter to Owners, Landlords and/or Managing Agents

The City's Crime Free Housing Ordinance became effective November 1, 2013. All Owners, Landlords and/or Managing Agents that were previously registered with the City were sent a letter dated September 17, 2013. The letter included information on upcoming Crime Free Housing Seminars, a Rental Property Registration Form, a Criminal Search Verification Form, and a Crime Free Rental Agreement Addendum.

Rental Housing Registration Forms

Download the required Crime Free Housing Registration FormsRental Property Registration, US Comprehensive Criminal Search Verifications, and Crime Free Lease Addendum. Complete the forms and submit them to the Health, Housing & Building Department, 407 E. Lincoln St., Belleville, IL, 62220, with the required fees.
