Sealed proposals for the “East Adams Street Resurfacing” will be received in the City Clerk’s Office, 101 South Illinois Street, Belleville, IL 62220 until 10:15 AM on February 23, 2023.  Sealed proposals will be opened and read publicly at the same time in the City Council Chambers.  The work includes cape-sealing a 716-ft of two-lane asphalt pavement with associated removals and traffic control.  The work also includes spot gutter repairs, PCC pavement patching, sidewalk repair and storm sewer.  IDOT prequalification is required.
