Library Services

Mobile Library Services

Belleville's Mobile Library offers age appropriate books that can be checked out on a library card as well as books that can be distributed to the community at no cost. It also offers STEM equipment such as a 3D Printer, mini drones available for programming, and oversized games such as Giant Connect Four, Jenga, and chess/checkers for community events.  

The Mobile Library is available to visit schools, daycare facilities, senior centers, community events, and summer camps by request. There will be a schedule of weekly community stops where the mobile library will be available for anyone to stop by. Services will also include registering individuals for library cards, accepting library returns, and free Wi-Fi connectivity.

The Media Lab at the Belleville Public Library provides a wide range of equipment and services for the public to use, including recording equipment, 3D printers, Adobe editing software, and many other options.

Mobile Printing

You can send print jobs to either Belleville Public Library branch from your phone, home computer, or any other device of your choosing. Once you submit a file to print, they will stay in the queue for 24 hours. There are three ways in which you can send print jobs, detailed below.

Print From Website

  1. Visit the print job submission page by clicking here.
  2. Submit the file you want to print.
  3. Select your printing preferences.
  4. In the required field, insert a unique code that will be used to identify your print job, such as your name, library card number, or another unique identifier.
  5. If you want to receive a confirmation email or text, enter your email address or phone number.
  6. Visit the desk at the library branch and ask a staff member to assist in printing your document.

Print From Email

To print an email message or attachments, forward your email to bwprinting@belleville.net for black & white documents or cprinting@belleville.net for color documents. You will receive an automated response informing you that your email was received. This email will include a release code. Then visit either branch of the Belleville Public Library and provide a staff member with your release code and they will print your document for you.

Costs

  • Black & White documents are $.20 cent per page. Color documents are $.50 per page.
