This will allow adult residents temporary access to our electronic resources and databases. The electronic resources card is used to access electronic resources only and cannot be used to check out physical library material. Individuals may convert their electronic resources card to a full service library card by visiting the Belleville Public Library in person. If you do not have a library card and you are an adult living within the corporate city limits of Belleville, you can complete and submit the Electronic Resources Library Card to apply for an electronic resources card.Less…
