Leak Adjustment Request Form
If you have had an internal or external leak at your property that caused high water usage to be reported to the City of Belleville, you can request an adjustment to the sewer bill once the leak has been repaired.
Select one of the options below for submitting a Leak Adjustment Request Form, and include invoices from the repair and receipts for parts.

Watering & Pool Filling Adjustment Request Form
The City of Belleville's code of ordinance, Title V, Chapter 50.017, Sewers: Meter Reductions, allows residents to receive adjustments to their sewer bill when water usage reported by Illinois American Water does not flow to the Wastewater Treatment Plant.

- Complete and submit the online Pool Fill Adjustment Request Form
- Download, print, and complete the Pool Filling-Watering-Deduct Meter Adjustment Request Form and submit it by mail with your next payment to the address below, or email it to sewerbilling@belleville.net..
