Letter to Owners, Landlords and/or Managing Agents
The City's Crime Free Housing Ordinance became effective November 1, 2013. All Owners, Landlords and/or Managing Agents that were previously registered with the City were sent a letter dated September 17, 2013. The letter included information on upcoming Crime Free Housing Seminars, a
Rental Property Registration Form, a
Criminal Search Verification Form, and a
Crime Free Rental Agreement Addendum.

Rental Housing Registration Forms
Download and complete the required
Crime Free Housing Registration Form and submit it to the Health, Housing & Building Department, 407 E. Lincoln St., Belleville, IL, 62220, with the required fees. Please note that the required fees increase if paid after November 15.
