Banners

The placement of signs, advertisements, or banners across any street or alley in the city requires permission from the City Council. Applications for banners must be submitted to the City Clerk's Office, 101 S. Illinois Street, Belleville, IL  62220,  45 days prior to an event.  Approved banners are to be delivered to and picked up from the City Clerk's office.

City of Belleville Community Banner Program


The City of Belleville is dedicated to making our community a great place to live, work, shop, and conduct business each and every day. With this in mind, the City of Belleville is participating in the final year of the Community Showcase Banner program.

This program will reinforce our Belleville brand, while brightening and invigorating our City in every direction.
